Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Merton, within the First Response Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £43 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Meeting performance targets for assessments, strategy meetings, S47's and ICPC's.
- Manage a team of 5 social workers.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Have experience of managing a Duty team, S47's and CIN referrals.
- They will demonstrate considerable understanding of child care legislation and statutory frameworks used to inform our work.
