Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a part-time role within a Children's Service based in Southwark, within the Family Early Help Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £32-£36 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Please be advised that this is a part-time role up to a maximum of 4 days per week but a minimum of 3 days. The applicant must be willing to work on either Monday or Friday of each week.
The role is based in the Family Early Help Service and will involve undertaking Family Early Help Duty responsibilities on a rotating basis in addition to managing a small team of practitioners.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Qualified Social Work England registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential.
