Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in East Riding of Yorkshire, within the Early Help & Safeguarding Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
The Early Help & Safeguarding Hub (EHaSH) is continuing to go through a programme of significant development and transformation. This work seeks to respond to recurring resource / capacity challenges and forms part of the Ofsted improvement plan. Analysis and detailed audit activity around the volume and quality of enquiries has identified the need for additional resources.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
