Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to work within a Duty and Assessment Team based in Northampton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £42,527 - £49,968 per annum.
Our Duty and Assessment service is the single point of contact for all safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people in Northamptonshire.
Duties:
- Your role will be to lead and manage the team to provide the highest quality front line services including providing quality supervision and coaching when required. You will support the service manager in continually driving performance
- Our teams are based in Northampton at the Criminal Justice Centre and consist of a team of 5-6 social workers, a consultant practitioner a family support worker and a business support administrator

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- At least 1 years post qualified experience
