Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Richmond.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £42.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience
- Recent experience in working in the early help/family support arena
- Significant experience of managing practitioners and team leaders who deliver early interventions to children and families
- Knowledge of safeguarding practice
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in reflective supervision
- Willing to work from the offices when allowed
