Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Orkney Islands.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 - £50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Managing a small team of social workers to deliver a safe and robust service to children and the families in Orkney.
- Implement good practice processes and systems for monitoring progress and planning of interventions for children.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on SSSC.
- Must have experience of managing duty teams
- Must be able to work within and deliver GIRFEC and signs of safety.
- Have at least three years management experience and be able to start immediately
