Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Blackpool, within the Children with Disabilities Team.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £43,662 - £48,541 per annum.
Duties:
- To manage the day to day practice and delivery of services by leading, directing and supporting a team of staff
- Ensure that high quality, effective services are delivered to children and families, resulting in improved outcomes of which are cost effective
- Lead and oversee high quality practice and standards to drive continuous improvement within your team
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of child protection and court proceedings
- Enthusiasm, passion and commitment to improving the outcomes for our children, whilst demonstrating professionalism in all you do
- Ability to inspire and innovate
