Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full-time within a Children with Disabilities Team in Northampton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working as a Team Manager within social work
- Extensive experience within children's services
- Strong skills in multi-agency work are essential to the role as we work closely with our colleagues in Education, Health and the voluntary sector.
- All candidates needs to have a commitment to Signs of Safety as this will be the model that will be key to our improvement journey
