Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Children's Service based in Gloucester in a Children with Disabilities Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- You will have line management of a small team and be working in driving improvement in social work practice and providing management oversight on the caseloads. We operate a personalised payment for disabled children so ability to understand this and the finances is also required.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Qualified HCPC registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential.
- able to successfully manage a team of social workers in delivering services to disabled children and young people who are CIN, CP, CIC or short break.
