Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full time within a Locality Team based in Dorset. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of the Social Work services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- You will be managing a team of around 8 social workers, family workers, and student social workers, providing regular reflective supervision, managing performance, chairing meetings, and supporting staff to achieve positive outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant senior level frontline experience within the Children Service.
- Must have Assessment, CIN, CP, and Court work with Children and Families experience.
