Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Service based in Southwark, within the Assessment Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £33.96 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To manage a team of social work and attached support staff in delivering complex assessment work at individual client level.
- To hold responsibility for assessment, case planning, service provision and review: identifying and addressing the needs of individual clients within delegated budgets
- To be a part of a management team responsible to the operational functioning of a Referral and Assessment duty service
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Qualified Social Work England registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential.
