Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Doncaster, within the Child Protection Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements:
- A recognized and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Competent in the use of ICT.
- Knowledge of current developments affecting the provision of children's services including the political and social policy context.
- Excellent communication skills providing the ability to effectively engage with a range of individuals, including children, their parents/families, colleagues, and managers within Doncaster Children's Services Trust and across agencies
- Excellent written skills providing the ability to produce professional reports which clearly articulate and evidence issues for children and young people
