Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Social Worker to work based in Redhill, Surrey within the Care Leavers Asylum Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £35 - £42 per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
Responsible for around 130 care leavers all claiming asylum or former asylum seekers
Requirements of the Team Manager:
Knowledge of Children's Services processes and regulations for Care Leavers
Knowledge and understanding of immigration and Asylum for care leavers and under 18's
Child centred and focussed on achieving for children and young people
Manage their own KPI's and drive performance in the team
Support and develop staff
