Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full-time within Children's Services in Blackpool, within the Assessment & Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £43,662 - £48,541 per annum.
Duties of the Team Manager:
- Lead a team of 5 social workers and 1 senior social worker as a front door service.
- To liaise with confidence with partners to support children and their families to achieve better outcomes.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working in a similar role
