Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Children's Service based in Barking and Dagenham, London within an Adolescent & Youth Offending Service Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40.00-£42.00 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To manage the delivery of social work services to children and their families in accordance with statutory requirements
- To ensure delivery of these services are managed within budget and in line with quality standards
- To ensure that children and families referred to the service receive appropriate services relevant to their needs
- To ensure the quality and standards of professional practice and performance are achieved in each team
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Qualified HCPC registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential
