Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Lambeth, within the Access to Resources Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41.19 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To manage the Access to resources team in Lambeth.
- Managing the placement officers and a small Finance team.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, evidence of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, financial acumen and experience of matching children with complex and vulnerable needs.
