Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Adults' Services based in Cornwall.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Respond to team demands, to provide high quality management though effective supervision and oversight of assessment and care management tasks that are being carried out by team members.
- To support team and individual development in line with service and team plans.
- To deal effectively with customers resolving complaints where service falls below standard.
- To manage a team budget and be aware of how to use resources effectively.
- Participate in recruitment processes.
- To manage performance of the team and individuals.
- To work with Mosaic care management system. Good IT skills car driver with access to a vehicle.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
