Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's 11-25 Team based in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Summary:
- As postholder of this role you will be working within a team that works with Children in Care aged 11&25; and care leavers to ensure we are providing permanency planning and supporting stability of placements of children in care as well as supporting their transition out of care.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Must have strong management skills and understand this area of the business, providing clear management oversight, case supervision and quality assurance.
