Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader (Registered Nurse) to work full-time nights based in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this permanent Team Leader role is £42,812,77 per annum.

- Deliver 24 hour expert care and rehabilitation for complex neurological conditions and brain or spinal injuries.

- The Nursing and care teams work alongside the GP, Consultant in Neuro Rehabilitation Medicine and on-site therapy teams including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Dietetics and specialized seating.

Requirements of the Team Leader:
- RGN qualified
- Current NMC registration
- Excellent clinical skills
- Ability to make decisions and use your initiative
