Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Kingston.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £38.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Manage a team of Early Help Workers
- Provide operational support across the service geographical areas
- Adhere to AfC's Early Help Delivery Framework and agreed on quality standards and operating procedures
- Represent AfC at operational multi-agency meetings
- Provide good quality assurance of assessments, care plans and delivery of the practice model
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience
