Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Administrator to work part time (18 hours per week) based in Kingsbury.

The pay rate for this locum Team Administrator job is £14.25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Duties:

  • Provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support service to the clinical team
  • Work without immediate supervision and to ensure that all duties are carried out to a high standard in liaison with clinical and managerial staff
  • Prepare and distribute documents by copy or audio typing using Microsoft office software (letters, memos, CPA assessments and reports, etc), ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to

Requirements of the Team Administrator:

  • Relevant qualification
  • Previous secretarial/administration experience
