Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for a Band 4 Substance Misuse Worker to work full-time based in Chelmsford.
The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Worker job is £15 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 2-month contract.
Main duties:
- Assist in the management and care of service users requiring specialist prescribing interventions within Essex STaRS.
- Produce accurate and timely documentation/records on all service users in line with relevant codes and Trust policies.
- Conduct / contribute to the assessment process, as well as the observation and ongoing assessment, providing accurate and timely feedback.
- Participate in the planning, implementation / evaluation and ongoing review of recovery plans.
- Provide practical support, advice and education to service users, carers and other disciplines.
- Responsible for the recording of all service users related activity information onto Theseus.
Requirements of the Substance Misuse Worker:
- Relevant qualification
- Recent substance misuse experience
