Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Worker to work full-time based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Worker job is £15 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 2-3 month contract.
Summary:
- To provide specialist harm reduction services.
- To create individual tailored care plans.
- To carry out assessments.
- Access to prescribing and needle exchange.
Requirements of the Substance Misuse Worker:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
- Experience with substance misuse clients
