Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Team Leader to work full-time within a Substance Misuse Service based in Bexley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Team Leader job is £18 - £20 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Maintain all policies and procedures that are in place at Blenheim and advise the Blenheim Area Manager of any non-compliance.
- Represent the management of Blenheim with all staff members in a consistent manner.
- Perform any task as commensurate with role and responsibility as directed by the Blenheim Area Manager and/or any Senior Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
