Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Recovery Facilitator to work full-time based in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Recovery Facilitator job is £15.50 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 2-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Work with clients to address substance misuse problems and associated issues to support achieve recovery.
- Manage the referral process and carry out assessments.
- Facilitate needle exchange.
- Working with prescribing clients.
Requirements of the Substance Misuse Recovery Facilitator:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
- Experience with substance misuse clients
