Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to work based in Coventry.

The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator job is £16 - £20 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Duties:

  • Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey
  • Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referrals
  • Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Promoting carer, service user and community involvement
  • Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self determination

Requirements of the Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator:

  • Relevant qualification
  • Active NMC Registration
  • Recent substance misuse experience
