anctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Nurse to fill a full-time role in Walsall. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Nurse role is £23.50 per hour (LTD) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To assess patients admitted to the service
- To provide a holistic approach to assessing, care planning and care coordination of patients
- To provide appropriate interventions
- To offer specialist advice and information
Requirements of the Substance Misuse Nurse:
- NMC registration
- Degree or equivalent in nursing (general or mental health)
- Two years experience within the substance misuse/drugs/addictions field
