Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to work with a leading private healthcare provider in Cardiff. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse role is £28,071 - £33,411 per annum.
Main duties of the role include:
- To assist and support staff in the management of the ward and to ensure that in their absence, the effective management of the ward is maintained.
- You will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals.
- You will be central to providing high quality care within a locked, specialised mental health medium secure / low secure and rehabilitation and recovery setting.
- You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio.

Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- RMN / RNLD /RMNH qualification
- Good communication skills
