Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Staff Nurse (Registered General Nurse) to work full-time (40 hours per week) with a leading healthcare provider in Southport. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of general nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse role is £30,888 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be familiar, or become and remain familiar with the required contacts with and notifications to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) , and ensure that your own and the home's practices accord with these, as far as is legally required, necessary and appropriate.
- To be alert to and aware of Service Users' emotional needs, to judge and provide appropriate response, and ensure that subordinate staff respond appropriately.
- To recognise that this is essentially teamwork and be prepared, with willing good humour, to
be a full member of the team. - To recognise that appropriate administrative and management processes are essential to maintain the required caring environment and quality of life for Service Users.
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration
- A degree or equivalent within nursing
- UK Nursing experience
