Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a permanent vacancy for a Staff Nurse to work part time based in Bristol.
The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £30,401 - £33,404 per annum.
Shift Pattern:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Working on a rota which may include weekends, nights and Bank Holidays
Duties:
- Assessment of patient care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of clinical standards on a shift basis
- Providing clinical leadership for the Rehabilitation Technicians and Rehabilitation Assistants
- Be responsible for coordinating discharge planning in partnership with the multidisciplinary team to ensure arrangement of efficient, safe and timely discharge or transfer
- Work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team
- Be actively involved in their own development and supporting junior members of the team in their development
- Supporting patients and their families during their stay
- Strictly adhere to Infection Control policy and procedures
- Undertake and improve practice via clinical audits and staff supervisions
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Relevant qualification (RNA/RNLD/RMN)
- Active NMC Registration
- Share our passion for delivering high quality individualised patient care to our specialist neuro-rehabilitation patients
- Able to demonstrate strong clinical competence, excellent communication skills and experience of team working approach to the delivery of individualised patient care
