Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Services Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work full-time as a Mental Health Practitioner within a Reablement Team based in Woking.
The pay rate for this locum Mental Health Practitioner job is £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.

Requirements of the Mental Health Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Mental health experience
- Car driver
