This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic paediatric team in Kettering. You will need proven competence in dysphagia assessment and care planning for children under one year old. A Smartcard is required, as well as knowledge of Systemone and your own transport.

What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication needs in children.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans for children, particularly those under one year of age.
- Provide specialist dysphagia assessments and interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care and promote communication development.
- Educate and guide parents and carers on therapeutic strategies to enhance communication skills at home.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards and protocols.
To excel in this role, HCPC registration is essential, ensuring you meet the high standards of practice this role requires.
