What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive Dysphagia assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with feeding tubes.
- Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to individuals within community settings across Lambeth, Southwark, and Lewisham.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Deliver education and training to patients, caregivers, and other health professionals.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
