What you will do:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans for each client.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance therapy outcomes.
Requirements:
- You must be HCPC registered and have at least 2 years of experience specialising in speech and language
- therapy. A full UK driving licence is preferable to assist in client visits and outreach efforts.
