Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Specialist Social Worker to work within an Adoption Team based in Bridgwater.
The pay rate for this locum Specialist Social Worker job is £35 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Report Work
- Adoption Work
- Caseloads - no more than 12 rising to 16
- Relationship Based practice / forming relationships
- Multi Agency Working
- Must be autonomous but ask for support when necessary
- Occasional Court Work
Requirements of the Specialist Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant experience working within a similar role
