Sanctuary Health has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Specialist Deputy Manager to take on a full-time role in Camden.
The salary for this permanent Specialist Deputy Manager role is £28,560 per annum.
The role:
- Supervising members of the team and peers
- Budgeting for designated group activities
- Dealing with referrals and assessments
- Handling appeals and complaints
- Liaising with external agencies
- Running groups of up to 10 clients
- General administration e.g. writing letters

Requirements of the Specialist Deputy Manager:
- Recent experience within a similar role.
- DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) - must have a strong DBT understanding and knowledge.
