Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for six experienced and dedicated Social Workers to work full-time within an Adult Service based in Solihull. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for these locum Social Worker jobs is £20.31 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
- Undertake short term work clearing a backlog of assessments and care and support plans. You will need to be able to start quickly and maintain an efficient pace of work whilst focussing on providing a quality service.
- The role will include screening, prioritising, undertaking assessments of Older Adults, using the relevant legislation and setting up care and support plans for care at home and Residential and Nursing settings.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults' services
- Experience using Liquid Logic
