We are searching for a dynamic individual to support our social workers and enhance practice across all levels of intervention. What you will do:
– Lead and supervise a team of six social workers and two senior practitioners.
– Drive outstanding practice for children and families in varying circumstances.
– Oversee both duty and longer-term work, ensuring quality of service throughout.
– Develop and support the practice of social workers, providing guidance and leadership.
– Deliver interventions from the point a family needs support until services are no longer required.
– Build relationships with children and families, promoting an empowering approach.
– Participate in court proceedings and pre-proceedings as required.
