Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time based in Ruthin, within the Social Services and Housing Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £20.82 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:
Form and develop working relationships with service users, families, and their carers.
Work individually, or in partnership to assess and review peoples’ needs and to design care plans and purchase support from appropriate providers.
Co-ordinate packages of care and systematically review care plans on a regular basis.
Promote and develop positive working links across and within agencies and local voluntary/user groups.
Contribute to the direct provision of care, support and protection of vulnerable people.
Maintain accurate and relevant records which are consistent with Departmental policies.
Implement relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Care Wales registration.
Previous experience within frontline social work, particularly working with vulnerable people.
