Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Social Worker/Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to work based in Bury, within the Community Mental Health Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker/AMHP role is £28 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team working with adults with severe and enduring mental health needs.
- Work primarily with working age adults who have a diagnosis of a Serious Mental Illness and / or Complex Mental Health Difficulties.
- Use a holistic assessment of need / risk, incorporating health and social care legislative requirements, formulation and delivery of a care and treatment plan with a focus on recovery and supporting individuals to achieve and maintain their optimal level of functioning.
Requirements of the Social Worker/AMHP:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Recent post qualifying experience within frontline social work.
