Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to work full-time in Leatherhead. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
This permanent Social Worker/Senior Practitioner role is £45,000 - £46,000 per annum.
Summary:
- The Practice Development Team provides support to our professionally qualified workforce and those wanting to train for a Social Work or Occupational Therapy qualification.
- We are looking for a registered Occupational Therapist or Social Worker who has a high level of professional confidence and can work independently and provide excellent leadership to staff across the county.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Confidence in teaching and public speaking will be essential.
- Experience as a Practice Educator is desirable, however experience of providing professional supervision to qualified staff is essential.
