What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, planning, intervention, and review to support children in need, including those under child protection plans or in care.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a multi-disciplinary approach for improving child and family outcomes.
- Act as the lead professional in high-level cases, ensuring the effectiveness of safeguarding plans and interventions.
- Engage with children, young people, and families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected throughout the social work process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the Council’s electronic case management tools.
- Remain dedicated to professional standards as set out by Social Work England, continuously seeking to improve practice.
