The NCT Safeguarding Services manage cases transferred from DAAT during important initial meetings. With cases that vary in complexity, you will play a crucial role in advancing these children’s welfare until closure, unless further escalation is required. What you will do:

  • Conduct assessments and devise plans to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with families, providing guidance and support to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Liaise with multi-agency partners to advocate for children and young people’s needs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, making informed decisions based on each child’s situation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to contribute to case management and reviews.
