- Engage with children, young people, and their families to assess needs and build effective support plans.
- Manage a complex caseload, providing clear and detailed reports.
- Collaborate with Herefordshire Council’s Legal Team to contribute to Court applications, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.
- Use a restorative approach to work alongside families, improving outcomes for children.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to secure the best outcomes for children.
- Provide oral evidence effectively in court when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies to safeguard children.
