This role involves joining the London Borough of Enfield’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within Adult Social Care, acting as a crucial part of a team that works with key agency partners to safeguard adults at risk of abuse or neglect. Working in this vibrant setting, you will have the chance to apply your knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and the London Multi-Agency Adult Safeguarding Procedures.
What you will do:
- Perform professional risk assessments and exercise sound judgement to manage risk and support adults in need.
- Demonstrate a person-centred approach in all safeguarding activities, engaging effectively with adults, their carers, and advocates.
- Collaborate with various agencies and teams throughout the Borough, using your excellent communication skills.
- Engage in continuous learning and explore innovative methods to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and demonstrate proficient IT skills.
