Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in a Family Safeguarding Team in Hertford.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28.00 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Duties:
- Working collaboratively with multi-agencies to deliver the best outcomes for children and their families.
- Regular supervision will be conducted, frequency will be case "risk" dependent. Caseloads are under 20 per Social Worker
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults' services
- Will need to have extensive Children's experience with a keen interest to be a part of the "Family Safeguarding" way of working.
