Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Social Worker to work full time based in Solihull, within the Post Discharge Team.

The pay rate for this locum Social Worker is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.

Main Duties:

  • Work within the post discharge function completing care act assessment, support plans, mental capacity assessments.
  • Attendance to MDT's in care placements.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults’ Services
  • Must be able to work at fast pace and under pressure.
  • Good time management skills required and recent experience of D2A model for hospital discharges.
  • Completion of safeguarding investigations also required at times.
  • Working from home and on site required.
  • Covid vaccine status required.
