What you will do:
- Conduct detailed assessments to determine and address the specific needs of children and families.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to deliver interventions that support children achieving permanent placements.
- Engage in direct work with families employing the Supporting Families, Enhancing Futures model.
- Manage a fair and balanced caseload, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact without feeling overwhelmed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and strategies for the betterment of overall services.
