Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Multidisciplinary Team based in Barnet. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
Looking for a Social Worker who:
- Can evidence an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework and polices in relation to safeguarding adults.
- Manage incoming safeguarding referrals, support team members in investigating concerns, facilitate enquiry meetings as required and promote the adult's voice throughout the process.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in writing enquiries, assessments and plans for adults.
- Has a passion for delivery of high quality services and interventions to vulnerable adults in partnership with a wide range of agencies.
- Play a key role in promoting a strengths-based approach, developing effective assessments and interventions to support adult's goals and aspirations.
- Can evidence their ability to work in a multidisciplinary team setting, as well as using their own initiative to deliver high quality and cost effective services for adults and they must be prepared to account for and justify their actions and recommendations.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- HCPC registered
- A highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice.
- Adult Social Work experience
