What you will do:
- Engage with children, families, and professionals to identify issues and assess the level of risk and support required.
- Collaborate with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to coordinate interventions and develop effective action plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, ensuring all decisions are documented and in line with statutory guidelines.
- Liaise with various agencies to secure appropriate resources and services for children and their families.
- Develop and review child protection plans, maintaining a focus on the safety and wellbeing of children.
